Diplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy Treatment Protocol In Early Adolescent:
Problem
: Adolescent are more prone for deterioration because of rapid increase in height & weight. They can develop contracture, muscular insufficiency and overstretching of ligaments. Crouching and food deformity are very common problem in this age group.

Management Protocol: Children in this age need intensive therapy for few weeks followed by maintenance therapy for long duration they also need supplement of Calcium & vitamin D. Few children need surgical intervention to manage contracture, bony torsion. All prevailing deformity are managed in single stage surgery SEMLOS
