Often there is a curiosity in the mind of people to know why an organization dedicated to cerebral palsy children was named as Trishla Foundation. Whether it was named after a family member or in the name of someone else. The name of the mother of Lord Mahavir, the twenty-fourth & last Tirthankar of the Jain Religion was Trishla. It is believed that Lord Mahavir had descended from the womb of Mother Trishla to give a new direction to this era.

The motherโ€™s place is at the forefront from giving birth to any child to its upbringing and making him/her self-reliant. The role of the mother becomes more important especially in raising children affected with any kind of disability especially cerebral palsy. The support of the mother in the whole family is at the top, she struggles her whole life to take her child to a high place. Mother is given the best status in all religions. Thatโ€™s why the organization has been named as Trishla Foundation, so that such children may continue to get eternal power and blessings from their mothers.
